Lack of a self-use hammam!!! No complimentary refreshments or water!!! Rooms much smaller than expected!!! Noise from the surroundings can be intrusive!!!

oh where do I start? the room was absurdly tiny, I could barely open my suitcase. no complimentary water or tea, how rude! I also expect a nice upgrade when staying away from home, not just treated like any other soul. I was almost impressed but it just didn't make the cut.

We enjoyed exploring the nearby sights with our family and even took some time for fun at Waky Marrakech, which was a hit with the kids. The location was fantastic for our larger group, especially with a baby in tow.

My kids wished for quieter nights without the constant noise.

Really cute pet tortoises enhanced our stay, and the rooftop had a stunning view, perfect for sunsets. I felt at home and safe as a solo traveler.

Had an awesome time with friends! The place is well-located, making it easy to walk to attractions. We spent a fun day at Waky Marrakech and loved the golf. The rooftop views were spectacular, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff also arranged everything smoothly, including our excursions, which were fun and hassle-free.

One thing to note, though, was that it took a little while to get our room ready upon arrival, which felt like a bit of a wait after traveling.

Spent 3 nights here. The location was on point, right near the souks! The rooftop was dope with different chill spots. Only bummer was breakfast could've been better—just some cold pancakes. Oh, and it got a bit noisy at night. But the place was super clean and had great staff that made sure I felt at home.

It was just a solid selection for exploring town in Marrakesh with good value for price. The young man serving breakfast was very friendly and helpful. Make sure to greet the staff to create a better atmosphere.

I had a lovely stay in Marrakesh! The breakfast was delicious and made my mornings fantastic, while the beautiful rooftop terrace offered the perfect sunset views. I did notice that the room didn't match the pictures accurately, which was a bit disappointing. I would definitely come back again!
